Barnaby Tuke studied design in Manchester and at the Royal College of art, London. After graduating in 2000 from the MA design products course Barnaby established his design practice, focusing on designing and making furniture and products and interior spaces. Barnaby has collaborated with established designers and institutions including Tate Britain, the Bartlett School of Architecture and Harvey Nichols. Barnaby produces simple, durable and functional objects utilizing traditional craft techniques and modern production methods in new and playful ways.
